We originally went to “the big” kitchen suppliers, but we were woefully underwhelmed by the lack of choice/range and poor customer service we received. Elgar Kitchens literally seem to have every style and colour option to accommodate every design and budget. Their service and can-do attitude was a very refreshing change from what had been an ordeal with other kitchen companies, and their extensive knowledge and experience in the industry allowed us to design a really fantastic kitchen together, utilising what was quite a difficult space to fill. Compared to competitors, their carcasses were thicker and sturdier, their customer service was excellent and they could not be beaten on price.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt it would be an injustice not to. The team at Elgar have facilitated everything we wanted and more, and I’m certain our kitchen would have been nowhere near as good had we gone with local competitors. You would be MAD not to use them.
